When I read Bacevich’s critique of U.S. Strategy, I used Boyd’s four elements of grand strategy:

The Long War). Who knows, the U.S. might even be able to enlist the GENUINE help of foreign experts to solve her fiscal,social & strategic problems within & without. Just my 2 cents. I don't represent any institution or governing body, of course.
